Andy Peters

Andy Peters serves as the Director of Mission Services at Soliel, LLC since July 2022, where responsibilities include providing innovative support to Department of Defense organizations, particularly Army Futures Command and Training and Doctrine Command. Previously, Andy held the position of Program Manager at Fort Gregg-Adams, leading a team to enhance the Army Campaign Plan. Experience includes roles as Senior Watercraft Analyst at JHNA and Project Manager at Capstone Corporation, both focused on Army sustainment processes. Prior to that, Andy was Deputy Commander at Military Surface Deployment Distribution Command, overseeing global operations, and served as Executive Officer to the Executive Deputy Commanding General at Army Materiel Command, managing extensive personnel and financial resources. Additional roles include commanding a Transportation Brigade in the Middle East and acting as Assistant Commandant at the U.S. Army Transportation School. Andy holds a Master’s Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from National Defense University and a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
