Mildred Igweh CSM® has a long and varied work experience. Mildred began their career in 2011 as a Quality Assurance Trainee at NBC Makers of CocaCola. In 2012, they moved to Spantree Limited as a Social Media Consultant. In 2014, they joined Crusteam Nigeria Limited as a Project Coordinator/Administrative Manager, where they were responsible for liaising with other departments/teams to ensure the project priorities were clear, managing client relationships, ensuring all permits and licenses were renewed, and producing regular reports on material status. Additionally, they were also the Marketing/HR Manager and Marketing Team Lead. In 2021, they moved to Carick Properties Limited as a Business Operations Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they joined TD as a CCR, and in 2023, they began working as a Project Manager at Solink.
Mildred Igweh holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Food Science and Technology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, which they obtained from 2007 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a National Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-uku in 2005 and 2007. In 2013, they obtained certifications in General Health, Safety and Environment, Health, Safety and Environment Competence Development (Level 3), and Communication Skills for Technical Professionals from the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria and Complete Learning Skills, respectively. In 2022, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
