Charlie Bolten

Charlie Bolten serves as Chief Executive Officer and Board Director at Solis Agrosciences since November 2021. Bolten co-founded Immunophotonics, Inc., where active involvement continues as a Board Member until 2024. Previously, Bolten held leadership positions, including Chair of the Board and Co-Founder at Impetus Agriculture, Inc., and Board Member at Plastomics, Inc., through November 2023. As President and Senior Managing Director of BioGenerator Ventures from May 2009 to November 2023, Bolten developed a multi-stage investment strategy and managed diverse investments leading to successful exits in several companies, such as CoverCress and Canopy Biosciences. Bolten also founded BioGenerator Labs, creating a collaborative environment for over 100 startups. Board roles have included participation in organizations like CuriMeta, CoverCress, and Confluence Discovery Technologies, influencing key early-stage investments and guiding them to acquisition.
