Douglas Heinzel

Douglas Heinzel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Douglas began their career in 2013 as a Submarine Officer in the US Navy, where they served until 2018. Following their military service, they joined Custom Mechanical Solutions, Inc. in 2018 as a Junior Sales Engineer, working until June 2020. Most recently, in 2021, Douglas joined Solis Security as an Account Manager.

Douglas Heinzel pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Douglas attended this institution from 2009 to 2013. Following that, they enrolled at the Nuclear Power School - Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (NNPTC) in 2013 and completed their studies in 2014. In terms of additional certifications, Douglas obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in May 2021 and the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in November 2022.
