Elina Piipponen

Elina Piipponen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employer branding. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition for Finland at Solita since March 2021, Elina leads initiatives in talent acquisition and university collaboration while being a member of the management team. Prior to this role, Elina was the Talent Acquisition Manager for KONE in Finland and the Baltics from November 2017 to March 2021. Elina held various positions at Nokia from May 2010 to November 2017, including Executive Recruitment Lead and Global Head of Talent Acquisition, overseeing recruitment processes and strategies across multiple regions. Early career experiences include roles at Alexander Mann Solutions, Shell, Exidio Oy, BT Global Services, and EUnet Finland, with a degree in Business and Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
