Avery Graves

Avery Graves is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in organizational support and leadership roles, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the President/COO at Solitude Mountain Resort since September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Director at YMCA of Northern Utah, where responsibilities included leading a team of camp counselors and overseeing parent communication. Avery also held various positions at YMCA of Northern Utah, including Program Director, Leadership Specialist, and Arts and Crafts Specialist, demonstrating strong program management and communication skills. Previous experience at Caswell Tennis Center as a Front Desk Representative and at Café Monet Art Studios as a Studio Assistant further highlight a solid foundation in customer service and operational management.
