Regina Newton

Regina Newton has extensive experience in various managerial roles at AT&T Corporation from July 1977 to December 2005. Regina has held positions such as Administrative Assistant, Data Transcriptionist, and Customer Care Assistant Manager. Since September 2006, Regina has been working at USAC-Solix, where Regina currently serves as an Associate Manager II. In this role, Regina functions as a Team Lead, performs initial and final reviews of spin change requests, and interfaces with program applicants and service providers. Regina has also created customer contact templates and trained team members in various processes.
