Marika Mazzi Boém is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in project management, innovation strategy, and entrepreneurial support, currently serving as a Team Leader for the EYE4UA project at X23 - The Innovation Bakery and as a Mentor in the EIC Women Leadership Programme at EISMEA. With extensive experience in coordinating various EU projects focused on tourism, sustainability, and digital transformation, Marika has played a pivotal role in initiatives such as the ECO-CRUISING FU_TOUR, EU DigiTOUR, and the UNESCO4ALL TOUR, among others. As a co-founder of multiple organizations, Marika's leadership extends to fostering entrepreneurship among young people and migrants through projects like ELYME and BIZ4EYE. An accomplished educator, Marika holds multiple degrees from prestigious institutions, including a Master of Business Administration and various certifications in relevant fields.
