Mehrdad G.

Mehrdad G. has extensive experience in the electrical engineering field, currently serving as a Senior Power and Protection Engineer at Solkompaniet since August 2023, focusing on the construction of solar power plants and grid connection testing. Previously, Mehrdad held the role of Senior Electrical Engineer at Semcon, optimizing high voltage substations for the Swedish transport agency. From June 2008 to September 2018, Mehrdad was the Vice President of Electricity and Power Plant Installation at MAPNA Group, involved in the construction and commissioning of gas power plants. Additionally, Mehrdad has held several leadership positions in electrical engineering, including Head of Installation and Commissioning at Ghoods Niroo Company, and Head of the Electric Department at Tarh o Palayesh, with a solid foundation in high voltage systems gained through earlier roles, such as a supervisor at Moshanir Consultant and an intern at North Regional Electric Company. Educationally, Mehrdad holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering Technologies from Mazandaran University of Science and Technology and a B.S. in Renewable Energy and Energy Systems from the University of Gävle.
