Pascale Coutu -Crha

Pascale Coutu -CRHA has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and client experience roles. Pascale'scareer started at CHU Sainte-Justine as a Grievance Officer-Union Representative in 2004. Pascale then moved on to SNC-Lavalin, where they held various positions, including Recruitment Advisor and Sourcing Specialist. Pascale later joined Deloitte as a Talent Acquisition Specialist before transitioning to Canada Life as a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor and Practice Lead. Subsequently, they worked at Sourcinc as a Talent Sourcing Expert and Director of Client Experience. Pascale'smost recent role was at Aura Recherche de Cadres as Director of Client Experience, followed by their current position as Director of Talent Acquisition at Sollio Groupe Coopératif.

Pascale Coutu -CRHA holds a Certificate in Human Resources from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM), a Bachelor's degree in Arts from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal, and a Diploma in Social Sciences from Dawson College. Additionally, they obtained the certification of "Conseillère en ressources humaines agréée" from the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés in 2010.
