Boris Frischter has over a decade of experience in the business world. In 2008, they began their career as Head of Digital Marketing at Incom Corporate, the largest real estate agency in Russia. In 2010, they co-founded WakeUp Media, and then in 2011 they became Chief Marketing Officer at Mental Games. From 2013 to 2015, Boris was Chief Marketing Officer at Passion Fruit. From 2015 to 2017, they held the positions of Managing Partner, Investment Director, and Investment Associate at Skywell Capital Partners. In 2017, Boris joined Shoptagr - Your Personal Shopping Assistant as a Board Member. Boris is currently the CEO of SOLmate, a company that provides free and instant internal transactions, wide agent and pickup points network, favorable fees, and zero paperwork.

Boris Frischter holds a Master's degree from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT) from 2004 to 2010, as well as a 11 from 1303 MHL.
