Tuire Ahola

Tuire Ahola has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tuire currently works as a Business Developer at Solnet Finland Oy. Prior to that, they held various roles at Seure Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy, including Business Developer and HR Consultant. Tuire also worked at Felm as an Assistant in the Department of Communications and Fundraising, at Sponda Plc as a Customer Assistant and Office Employee, and at Espoon kaupunki - City of Espoo as an HR Trainee and Summer Worker. Tuire began their career as a Sales Assistant at Alexandria Pankkiiriliike Oyj. Tuire has experience in business development, lean and process improvement, HR consulting, customer service, administrative work, and sales and marketing. Tuire has also received certifications in Lean Six Sigma.

Tuire Ahola has a diverse education history. Tuire received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Leadership and HRD (Esimiestyö ja työyhteisön kehittäminen) from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences between 2008 and 2012. In 2016, they studied Business Communication (6 study points) at Aalto University. Additionally, in 2018, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development, specializing in Business and Project Management. Moving forward, they pursued further education at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences and is currently completing their Master's degree in Business Development (Liiketoiminnan kehittäminen) from 2021 to 2023.

Tuire Ahola has also pursued other areas of study. In 2003, they completed their Matriculation Examination (Ylioppilastutkinto) from Merikarvian lukio. Between 2006 and 2007, they attended Helsingin evankelinen opisto and Jyväskylän avoin yliopisto, where they studied Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs. Moreover, they have been studying Computer Science (Tietojenkäsittelytiede) at the University of Helsinki since 2020.

Tuire Ahola's dedication to continuous learning is evident from their additional certifications. Tuire obtained the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Aalto University in September 2018 and became a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2019. Moreover, in August 2022, they achieved the following certifications: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate from Microsoft.
