Alex Foss Sims

Alex Foss Sims has a diverse range of work experience in the food and beverage industry. From 2016, they served as the Co-Founder and CEO of Solo Coffee, a company focused on making quality coffee accessible. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Barista at Jolly Nice Ltd. In 2014, Alex founded their own company, Brit Pop Bar Ltd, and managed it until 2015. Alex also worked as a Wine Advisor at Laithwaites Wine in 2013 and as an Assistant Manager and Junior Manager at Nicolas Wines UK in 2012. Additionally, they were a Marketing Assistant at Bancroft Wines and a Runner at Decanter World Wine Awards, both in 2012. Alex's professional journey began in 2011 with work experience at Anne Hester Financial Advisory.

From 2009 to 2012, Alex Foss Sims attended the University of the Arts London. They earned a BA Hons degree in Photography during this time.
