Francois Guilleux is a program designer, facilitator, and coach at Cultivating Leadership, where the focus is on helping individuals and organizations evolve by addressing the complexities of leadership through new habits and practices. As a part-time faculty member at the University of Pittsburgh, Francois supports mid-career educational leaders in their transition by teaching graduate courses on leadership and education. Additionally, as a consultant for the Emerging Leaders Institute, expertise includes leadership and team development through various innovative tools. Francois has extensive experience in outdoor education as an instructor at SOLO Wilderness Medical School, teaching emergency response skills, and previously served in diverse leadership roles at CCO Campus Ministry, specializing in staff development and experiential designs. Academic qualifications include a PhD from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master's from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Bachelor's from Carnegie Mellon University.
