Janice Morales-Ferrer

Janice Morales-Ferrer has extensive experience in technical operations and program management. Janice began their career in 2003 as a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff for Verizon, managing large, multi-disciplinary teams for nationwide network upgrades and new deployment projects. In 2006, they joined Comverse as a Senior Program Manager for Hosting Services, managing customization development work as well as fulfillment, delivery and support via their hosted environment. In 2008, Janice moved to Orange Labs (France Telecom) R&D Cambridge, MA as an R&D Project Manager, managing product development life cycles and R&D projects. In 2010, they joined DynamicOps (Acquired by VMware) as a Director of Engineering Operations and Program Management, leading the development of their virtualization and cloud computing platform. In 2013, Janice worked as a Consultant for mediumbold, providing management services to a boutique web solutions firm. In 2014, they joined Invaluable as a VP Technical Program Management, leading program management of large scale implementations of their online Live Bidding platform. In 2015, Janice worked as a Consultant for Virgin Pulse, evaluating their current delivery process and creating a change management proposal. In 2016, Janice established and ran a brick and mortar artisanal shop in Puerto Rico called Placita Monte y Mar. In 2020, Janice joined American Tower as a Program Manager for Customer Programs and solo.io as the Director Technical Operations and Program Management.

Janice Morales-Ferrer completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico in 1999. Janice then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Telecommunication from Boston University, which they completed in 2003. In 2008, they graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
