Prassana Satarasinghe

Prasanna Satarasinghe has more than 25 years of IT consulting and product owner experience in ideating, devising, developing and delivering wireless, Customer Journey Management, eCommerce, ERP and MarTech products and solutions to enterprise and teleco customers.

Prasanna played a key role to promote and advance the adoption and deployment of Nortel’s CDMA-IS 95 and CDMA 2000 products in the U.S. and globally. He has developed and delivered turnkey CX and EX automation solutions utilizing COTS hardware, public and private cloud architectures.

Prasanna has a MBA from University of Texas at Dallas and a MSEE from University of Oklahoma. He has 12 patents and is a contributor to the IETF RFC 4186, Extensible Authentication Protocol Method for Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) Subscriber Identity Modules (EAP-SIM).
