As an Associate Principal and Project Manager at SCB, Chadd Harrison has 15+ years of experience at the firm and 20+ years in the field of architecture. His responsibilities include overseeing all phases of a project, from inception to completion, and serving as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and construction teams.
Over the course of his career, Chadd has built a diverse architectural portfolio, leading many large and complex projects across several market sectors, including higher education, mixed-use, multifamily residential, hospitality, and retail. His passion for high-performance buildings and sustainable design has led to LEED certification for many of his projects, including Oberlin College’s Peter B. Lewis Gateway Building, a LEED Platinum hotel and conference center. His recent projects include the Starbucks Reserve Roastery on Chicago’s Magnificent Mile, the largest in the world; Tooker House, an award-winning LEED Gold living/learning community and dining complex at Arizona State University; and Francis Hall, an undergraduate residence hall and Honors College at Loyola University Chicago, targeting LEED Gold.
Chadd is a member of the American Institute of Architects and a certified LEED AP BD+C professional. He graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science and Master in Architecture.
