Sylvia Obiedzinski

With an interior design career that spans nearly 20 years, Sylvia has been responsible for designing projects that range from large and complex to small, more boutique-sized assignments across an array of practice areas, including professional and financial service firms, corporate headquarters, workplace interiors, and hospitality.

As a Design Director in SCB’s interiors studio, Sylvia works to create inspired workplace designs that are tailored to support each client’s vision and business objectives. Her recent work includes the award-winning Chicago headquarters for the law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson; 210 North Carpenter, a 12-story office building in Chicago’s Fulton Market; and a new headquarters for Upwork, a global talent solutions company.

Sylvia is a member of IIDA and is a LEED Accredited Professional. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the Illinois Institute of Art.
