Ilana Frankel

Ilana Frankel is an experienced educator currently working as a First Grade Teacher at Park Ridge Board of Education and an Elementary School Teacher at Solomon Schechter Day School of Bergen County, NJ. With a background that includes student teaching roles at the Public School and Maugham School, Ilana has successfully instructed and developed differentiated lessons for diverse learners. Prior to teaching, Ilana held various roles in operations and event coordination, including Director of Operations at Project TEN and Overseas and Domestic Missions Coordinator at UJA-Federation of New York. Ilana holds a Master's degree in Education from Montclair State University, a degree in Conflict Resolution and Mediation from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland.
