With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Michelle Phung has direct responsibility for overseeing all aspects of delivery for B&FS engagements including assuring the quality of project execution and ensuring resources with the appropriate skill sets are assigned to engagements. With her deep banking expertise, she also acts as a subject matter expert on their large compliance engagements, as well as on projects related to operational business process improvement and system integration.
