Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Sales at Catalyst Solar and Vice President of Dealer Experience and Performance at Sunnova Energy, where efforts centered on enhancing partner and dealer experiences for sustainable growth. Doug has also held leadership positions at Sunrun and Vivint Solar, emphasizing training and development and fostering dealer partnerships in the renewable energy space.
