Michael Ferrera

Michael Ferrera has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael started their career in 2004 as a Clerical position at 02HR, where they supported an operation with over 10,000 payroll employees and helped set up office expansion. From 2007 to 2007, they served as an Office Manager at Leonard A. Weiss, responsible for the operational success of a growing dental office. In 2008, they worked as a Shift Leader at Dunkin' Donuts, where they improved customer service and restructured procedures. Also in 2008, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at the City of Coral Springs. In 2008, they joined Solstice Benefits, Inc., starting as a Project Coordinator, then as Director of Project Management from 2016 onwards. At Solstice Benefits, they ensured compliance with regulatory laws, developed competitive insurance plans, resolved grievances, and provided assistance to clients. Michael also had a temporary role in Information Technology at Solstice Benefits, where they supported employees with software and hardware issues.

Michael Ferrera has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Supervision and Management from Broward College. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Master Six Sigma Black Belt and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Straight Line Performance Solutions, LLC., in July 2017 and November 2014 respectively.
