Justin Waters, CPCU

Justin Waters, CPCU, has a strong background in sales and leadership within the insurance industry. Justin currently serves as the SVP of Client Relations for Homeowners at Solstice Innovations, Inc. In this role, they are responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Prior to their current position, Justin worked at LexisNexis Risk Solutions as a Regional Account Manager. Here, they successfully managed regional accounts and developed strong business relationships.

From 2008 to 2021, Justin held various positions at American Integrity Insurance Company, including Vice President of Sales - Specialty Products, Vice President of Sales, Sales Director, Territory Sales Manager, and AP Coordinator. In their roles, they played a key role in driving new business growth and profitability, managing sales teams, and building relationships with agents.

Before their time at American Integrity Insurance Company, Justin gained experience as an Accounts Payable Assistant at Meenan P.A. from 2005 to 2007.

Justin Waters, CPCU completed their Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of South Florida from 2008 to 2011.
