Frederick H. Morse

Frederick Morse is the President and CEO of SolStor Energy LLC, a company focused on solar solutions that support carbon neutrality for utilities and data centers, since 2023. Frederick has also served as President of Morse Associates, Inc. since 1989, providing energy and environmental consulting. From 2006 to 2015, Frederick was a Senior Advisor for U.S. Operations at Abengoa Solar, where Frederick played a key role in developing Concentrating Solar Power projects. Earlier, Frederick held a leadership position at the U.S. Department of Energy from 1967 to 1989 and was a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Maryland from 1968 to 1976. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
