Iván León Medina

Iván León Medina has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Iván started their career at Ajover as a Network Infrastructure Engineer, where they were responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting IT networks. Iván successfully connected the corporate intranet across multiple offices. Iván then joined Extension S.A as an IT Software Consultant, where they supported the commercial team, implemented projects, and provided training and support to clients. Iván also received training in ITIL v3 and the PMP methodology. Iván then moved to Base CIA as a Web Services Consultant, where they worked closely with the commercial team to define web platform offers for clients. Iván gained expertise in platform administration and web integrations with various tools and platforms. Later, they joined COPELE as an Information Technology Services Manager, overseeing the company's IT platform optimization, online marketing, and brand recognition. Iván implemented a CRM system that significantly improved trade show management and customer acquisition. Iván's next role was at Eurofins Villapharma Research as an IT Manager. Iván managed and maintained the lab's technology infrastructure, executed technology projects, and ensured compliance with industry standards. Currently, Iván is an IT Project Manager at Soltec, where they oversee project planning, implementation, and execution in the IT department.

Iván León Medina obtained a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from ENAE Business School in 2013, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2010, they completed a degree in Telematica, specializing in Diseñador y Administrador de Redes, from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Prior to that, in 2007, they graduated from Universidad Autónoma de Colombia with a degree in Electronics and telecommunications engineering, with a field of study in Electrical, electronics, and communications engineering.
