Neil Gowler

Neil Gowler currently serves as COO and Cofounder at Good Energy Solar since 2020 and also holds the position of Solar Operations Manager at SolTerra since September 2015, managing a team and overseeing multiple facets of solar project execution in Washington and Oregon. Prior to these roles, Neil worked as Client Experience Manager at CrystalCommerce from November 2014 to September 2015, where responsibilities included managing client support and catalog operations for a SaaS platform in the Hobby Game industry. Neil's early career includes significant experience in the hospitality sector, notably as Front of House Manager at Ruth's Chris Steak House, where management of a large staff and contribution to award-winning service were key highlights, as well as earlier roles at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar. Neil Gowler holds an Associate of Arts degree in Digital Communication and Media from Edmonds College.
