Paul Finney

Paul Finney has extensive work experience in the project management field. Paul is currently serving as a Project Director at Solugen since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Enterprise Products from January 2015 to May 2021, where they held the position of Project Director. In this role, they managed multiple major EPC lump sum projects, collaborated with the Procurement Department to develop Project RFPs, and ensured contract compliance, safety, and quality performance. Before joining Enterprise Products, Paul worked at LyondellBasell from July 1989 to January 2015 as a Project Manager. Here, they managed a significant portion of a $600MM Ethylene unit revamp and expansion project, oversaw procurement and material management by multiple engineering contractors, and supervised the EPC for the project's off-site pipeline scope. Prior to LyondellBasell, Paul worked at Amoco Oil Co. as a Project Engineer from January 1982 to June 1989.

Paul Finney attended Texas A&M University from 1977 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
