Joel Rathgaber

Joel Rathgaber's work experience begins in 2003 as a Programmer Analyst at SaskTel. Joel then worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Regina before joining SAIC Canada as an Integration Analyst. Joel also served as a Developer Team Lead and later as a Business Analyst / Software Developer at SAIC. In 2012, they became a Web Architect at Seccuris Inc. and then moved on to become the Interactive Director at Look Agency Inc. from 2015 to 2017. Joel worked as a Technology Manager at Hillberg & Berk for a few months in 2018 before taking on the role of VP of Technology at ORA and SolusGuard in 2018 and 2019 respectively.

Joel Rathgaber completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Regina, which they pursued from the year 2000 to 2005. Joel further pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from the same university, from 2006 to 2012.
