Bob Reiff has held various roles in the insurance industry since 1991. Bob began their career at Standard Insurance Company, where they held the role of VP, Sales and Marketing, and various other roles. In 2004, they moved to The Hartford, Group Benefits Division, where they held the roles of SVP, Distribution, Field Service, Marketing & Product, and VP, Director of Distribution. In 2010, they joined Lockton Companies, LLC. - St. Louis, MO, as Chief Operating Officer. In 2015, they were promoted to President-Lockton Benefit Group. In 2019, they joined Lincoln Financial Group as Senior Vice President of Distribution, Group Protection, where they led the Distribution channel for Lincoln Financial's group benefits business. In 2022, they took on the role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Soluta, Inc., and also assumed the role of Experienced Insurance Industry Executive.
Bob Reiff received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1991, having started their studies in 1987.
