Jennifer Parry possesses extensive experience in customer success and management roles across various industries. Since January 2015, Jennifer has been with Solutionreach, Inc., progressing through positions from Client Success Manager to Senior Client Success Representative for Major Accounts, and currently serves in Major Accounts Enterprise Customer Success. Prior to this role, Jennifer operated Choice Properties & Investments from January 2014 to December 2019, focusing on sustainable real estate renovation and resale. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Human Resources Specialist and Office Assistant at Red Rock Construction and managing customer relations as Office Manager at Liston Concepts for nearly a decade. Academically, Jennifer holds multiple degrees in Health Care Administration from Stevens-Henager College and has completed certifications in web and graphic design, complemented by an Associate's degree in Legal Administrative Assistance.
