Joe Telford

Joe Telford is currently a Lead Talent Partner at Solutions Driven. Prior to this, Joe worked as an IT Recruiter at Scede, where Joe was embedded with Klarna as an outsourced Talent Acquisition. Joe was solely focused on building the new Klarna Engineering Hub in Milan and tasked with growing the new location from 0 to over 400 Software Engineers in 2 years. Before that, Joe held various positions at Net Talent, where Joe specialized in recruiting for the Technology and eCommerce industries. In the past, Joe also worked as a Bar Supervisor at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts and Underbelly Limited, and as a Senior Cocktail Bartender at P&O Cruises. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from the University of Stirling.
