Robert Schaefer

Robert Schaefer has worked for five companies since 2002. Robert worked as a Teacher Assistant II and Computer Lab Assistant for the College of Southern Nevada from 2002 to 2006. From 2006 to 2011, they worked for SunGard Higher Education as a Programmer I, Systems Administrator I, and Technical Support Specialist II. Robert then worked as a Programmer/Analyst II for Ellucian from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2022, they worked as a System Engineer III for IGT, where they were responsible for Casino Management Systems setup, installations, upgrades and support. Robert also created documentation for technical-related business process improvement based on self and team experience, used database troubleshooting tools, basic networking diagnostics, and proprietary application logs to determine or narrow root cause analysis. Robert then moved to Solutions-II, Inc in 2022, where they are currently working as a Solutions Engineer.

Robert Schaefer attended the College of Southern Nevada from 2000 to 2006, earning an Associate of Applied Science in Electronic Engineering Technology in 2000, an Associate of Applied Science in Electronic Engineering Technology - LAN Technology in 2004, and an Associate of Applied Science in Electronic Engineering Technology - Telecommunications in 2006.
