Abdul Rehman Akram is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in CRM consulting and technology solutions. Currently serving as a Sr. CRM Consultant and Functional Delivery Center Manager at Solutions Metrix since February 2023, Abdul Rehman leads the Creatio CRM professional services practice. As the Founder and Owner of ClementSols, established in August 2018, an innovative technology firm specializing in CRM and custom software development, Abdul Rehman employs lean and agile methodologies to deliver optimal systems globally. Previous roles include Solutions Architect at Rolustech, where significant contributions to CRM tool implementation and customer portal applications were made, and as a Senior Business Analyst at iZeno Pte Ltd, serving as a bridge between developers and clients.
