Ådne Øvrebø

Ådne Øvrebø has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ådne started as a Vikar at St. Petei Aldershjem in 2015 before joining the Norwegian Armed Forces as a Patruljefører for a year. After completing their military service, they worked as a Salgsmedarbeider at Jærveien Trafikksenter AS. In 2019, they joined Solv AS as a Junior Full-stack Software Developer, where they gained experience in software development. In 2020, they served as a Student Teaching Assistant at Universitetet i Stavanger (UiS).

In 2021, Ådne worked as a Consultant for both Olavstoppen AS and Equinor. Ådne also ventured into the field of data science, completing their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Tytlandsvik Aqua. In the same year, they returned to Solv AS as a Fullstack Software Developer and Data Scientist.

Looking ahead, Ådne secured a Master Thesis opportunity in Data Science at AutoStore™ in 2023, showcasing their dedication to furthering their skills and knowledge in the field.

Ådne Øvrebø completed a Bachelor's degree in Data- and Information Science at the University of Stavanger from 2018 to 2021. Ådne then pursued their Master's degree in Data Science at the same university from 2021 to 2023. During their studies, Øvrebø participated in an exchange semester at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) in 2022, focusing on Data Science. Prior to their university education, Øvrebø attended Sandnes VGS from 2014 to 2017, where they studied Realfag.

In addition to their formal education, Øvrebø obtained several certifications from Microsoft. Ådne became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate in July 2022, a Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals in June 2022, and a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals in June 2022.
