Lisa Brown is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and legal affairs. Currently serving as Group General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Solvay since July 2023, Lisa is a member of the Executive Committee. Previously, Lisa held the position of Executive Business Leader at PI Industries Ltd and served as Independent Director & Chair of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee at Sibelco Group. Other significant roles include Chief Legal Officer at SmartDrive Systems, Director on the Board of WABCO INDIA, and various senior legal positions at WABCO subsidiaries.
