Vikram Khanna

Vikram Khanna has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Vikram is currently the Global Head of Learning and Development at Solvay since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Global Talent & Capability Lead at Solvay from September 2021 to August 2023. Before joining Solvay, they held the position of Vice President HR - Group Head Talent Management, OD & BHR at Poonawalla Fincorp from December 2018 to August 2021.

From 2014 to 2018, Vikram worked at IL&FS Financial Services Ltd (IFIN) where they served as Assistant Vice President HR - Talent Development and Management from May 2016 to December 2018 and as a Senior Manager HR from May 2014 to May 2016. Prior to that, they were a Learning and Development Manager at GEP Worldwide from May 2012 to April 2014 and a Training and Development Lead at Accenture from February 2011 to May 2012.

Vikram also has experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition as a Sr.Exec - Human Resources - ER and Talent Acquisition from January 2009 to February 2011 at Tech Mahindra Business Services FKA Hutchison 3 Global Services. Additionally, they served as a Sr Trainer - Organisation Development and L&D from January 2005 to December 2008 at the same company, where they helped set up the Pune Training site.

Vikram Khanna started their career as a Navigating Officer at Amer Ship Management from April 1996 to February 2002, where they were responsible for the life-saving and fire-fighting appliances on board the ship and conducted onboard drills and training for the crew and officers.

Vikram Khanna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Mumbai University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2017. Vikram then pursued a Postgraduate certificate in Human Resources Management and Services at XLRI Jamshedpur from 2021 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Hogan Assessment, EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360, and International DiSC profile Assessor.
