Wolf Ruzicka

Wolf Ruzicka serves as SVP Strategic Advisory at Solvd, Inc. since October 2024 and as Chairman of the Board at Transcend Robotics since September 2020, where innovative ground-based mobile robotics are developed. In addition, Wolf has been a member of the Board of Directors at Tivian since February 2016, contributing to advancements in experience management for over 400 enterprise clients globally. Wolf is also an Investment Advisory Board Member for the CIT GAP Funds since June 2011, focusing on seed-stage venture funding in Virginia. Previously, Wolf spent nearly two decades at EastBanc Technologies, where roles included Chairman of the Board and CEO, and served as Worldwide Operations Manager at MicroStrategy from April 1997 to August 2005. Early career involvement includes serving as a sales advisor for IntelliVid Corporation and co-founding a local committee for AIESEC from 1991 to 1997. Wolf holds an MBA in Business Administration from Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.
