Joel Paige has worked in the IT industry since 2004. Joel began their career at Fraser Advanced Information Systems as a Field Service Technician. In 2014, they joined ImagEze as a Systems Engineer. In 2019, they moved to Solve IT Solutions LLC, where they have held two roles: Sales Support Engineer and Help Desk Technical Team Lead.
Joel Paige has a varied educational background. Joel began their education in 1989 at North Schuylkill Junior/Senior High School, where they studied until 1995. Joel then attended Alvernia University from 1995 to 1997. More recently, they are currently enrolled at Eastern Gateway Community College, where they are studying Business Management. In addition to their educational background, Joel has obtained a HDI Desktop Support Manager (HDI) certification from HDI in May 2022.
