Nicolas Hauff

Nicolas Hauff is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive, serving as the Founder and CEO of Fillgap since October 1996, with a mission to support small and mid-sized companies in achieving sustained growth through ERP solutions. Hauff co-founded Solver Mexico and currently holds the position of Chairman for Mexico & Central America, contributing to business development in the region for a leading cloud Corporate Performance Management software provider. Additional roles include being a Scaling Up Certified Coaching Partner with Scaling Up Coaches, a Program Facilitator at Growth Institute, and Co-Founder and Director of Strategy at LasNetas_Mx. Hauff’s extensive experience also includes serving as a Global Accelerator Trainer for the Entrepreneurs' Organization and co-founding EMyth Mexico and Acumatica Mexico, impacting over 500 small business owners across Mexico, Latin America, and beyond. With a strong educational background from esteemed institutions, including IPADE Business School and Harvard Business School, Hauff continues to influence business growth through coaching and strategic guidance.
