Sergey Harutyunyan

Sergey Harutyunyan's work experience begins with their role as a Junior Engineer at Solvinity, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they were a Trainee Microsoft Cloud Engineer at Azure Academy, where they completed a 20-week intensive traineeship to acquire various certifications related to Microsoft Azure and Windows 10.

Before joining Azure Academy, Sergey worked at Q-Group from June 2011 to February 2019. Sergey held the position of Head of Software and Technical 24/7 Support Department, where they managed a team and IT budgets, evaluated and supported IT projects, and handled recruitment and training. Sergey also served as a Network and System Administrator, responsible for hardware and software installation, maintenance, and documentation.

Earlier in their career, Sergey worked as a Network and System Administrator at the Municipality of Masis from February 2009 to May 2011. Here, they strengthened the IT infrastructure, performed hardware and software installations, and conducted routine system audits.

Sergey's work experience dates back to their time at the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, where they served as the Head of the Department of Computer Communication Center from August 2007 to June 2009.

Overall, Sergey has gained extensive technical expertise and leadership experience through their various roles in IT support, system administration, and cloud engineering.

Sergey Harutyunyan completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computers, computer complexes, and networks at the State Engineering University of Armenia from 2003 to 2007. Sergey then pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General at the same university from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Sergey has obtained several certifications. Sergey became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals in May 2022, followed by acquiring the MD-100: Windows Client certification from Microsoft in June 2022. In July 2022, they achieved the MD-101: Managing Modern Desktops certification and earned the Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate designation. Furthermore, Sergey acquired the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in April 2022.
