Jessica Rozanski

Jessica Rozanski is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in human resources, entrepreneurship, and customer service. Currently serving as a Human Resources Assistant at SolvIT, Inc. since December 2022, Jessica also operates a successful home-based bakery, Sweet Treats By Jessie, specializing in custom sweet treats. Previous roles include Agent Services Coordinator at KW Platinum Michigan, participation in the Disney College Program, Administrative Assistant at ExpertCare, and various customer service positions at Vera Bradley and MJR Chesterfield Crossing Digital Cinema 16, where responsibilities ranged from team leadership to enhancing customer experiences. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from Northwood University and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Macomb Community College.
