Michał Linettej

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, where innovation projects are supported through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where strategic technological changes were implemented to promote decentralized infrastructure.
