Piotr Miętkiewicz

Piotr Miętkiewicz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Piotr started their career in 2006 at ITSOFT - operator systemu euroTICKET, where they worked as a Consultant in the Customer Service and Sales departments. Their responsibilities included providing support to users of the euroTICKET system through phone and email, assisting with the implementation of modules on clients' websites, and training end users.

In 2008, Piotr joined Asoft Pro Sp. z o.o. as a Sales Specialist and later became the Sales Manager. Their main duties involved selling ERP systems, Business Intelligence tools, and related services. Piotr also initiated marketing activities to increase the company's visibility and sales.

From 2009 to 2017, Piotr worked at ITSOFT - operator systemu euroTICKET as a Strategic Customer Advisor. In this role, they focused on acquiring new clients and maintaining positive relationships with existing ones. Piotr was responsible for coordinating the onboarding process for new clients and ensuring smooth implementation of the euroTICKET system. Additionally, Piotr participated in IT projects as a Consultant and Product Owner, following the SCRUM methodology.

In 2017, Piotr joined Advisor Systems Sp. z o.o. as a Business Analyst and Project Manager. Piotr was involved in identifying client needs, analyzing processes, and gathering business requirements. Piotr also conducted analytical workshops as part of their responsibilities.

Most recently, in 2022, Piotr began working at SOLWIT SA as an IT Business Analyst. Their tasks include sourcing, analyzing, and developing business, functional, and non-functional requirements for new projects. Piotr prepares and maintains analytical documentation tailored to the project type and collaborates closely with clients at all project stages.

Piotr Miętkiewicz completed their undergraduate education at Jagiellonian University from 2003 to 2008, earning a Magister (Mgr) degree in Stosunki międzynarodowe (International Relations). In February 2021, they obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Additionally, Piotr holds a Zertifikat Deutsch from Österreich Institut Kraków, although the month and year of its acquisition are not specified.
