James Cain

James Cain has worked in the technology industry since 2000. James began their career as a Technician's Assistant at Moore County Schools. In 2006, they moved to Southern Software as an Installation and Hardware Support Technician. In 2007, they joined Federal Signal Corporation as an Implementation and Support Technician. In 2016, they began working at SunGard Public Sector as a Software Implementation Consultant and at Superion in the same role. James then moved to CentralSquare Technologies as a Technical Services Engineer and Technical Consultant. Currently, they are employed at SOMA Global as a Principal Solutions Engineer and Partner Success Representative.

James Cain attended The Citadel from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a BA/BS in Mathematics/Computer Science. James then attended Sandhills Community College from 2004 to 2006, where they earned an AAS in Network Administration and Support.
