Natascha Kiernan, J.D, CDI.D, ICD.D

Natascha Kiernan, J.D, CDI.D, ICD.D has a wealth of experience in the corporate world. Natascha began their career in 2004 as an Associate at Skadden Arps, followed by a Counsel role at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from 2008 to 2018. In 2017, they founded and served as Principal of Bellevue Strategic Advisory. In 2019, they joined Vancouver Writers Fest as an Independent Director. Natascha also held Independent Director roles at Soma Gold Corp., Altaley Mining Corp., and Zenabis Global Inc. from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, they were appointed Board Member Consultant of the BC Oil and Gas Commission. Additionally, they currently serve as Lead Director, Governance Chair, ESG Chair, and Audit Committee Member at Empress Royalty Corp.

Natascha Kiernan, J.D, CDI.D, ICD.D has an extensive education background. Natascha completed their Bachelor of Arts - BA degree at the University of Victoria from 1997 to 2001. Natascha then went on to attend Columbia Law School, where they earned their Doctor of Law - JD degree between 2001 and 2004. In 2021, they completed the ICD.D program at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, specializing in Governance. Natascha also attended Brentwood College School, although no degree or field of study was specified.
