Youssef Heddoun

Youssef Heddoun is a logistics specialist currently employed at Somarest, where responsibilities include customer planning since October 2022. Prior experience includes working as a customer service agent at Teleperformance from February 2020 to October 2022, and contributing to the development of a preventive maintenance plan for the sugar storage silo at Groupe COSUMAR in 2018. Youssef Heddoun has also focused on implementing OHSAS 18001 standards at INES, optimizing factory operations at ACTOMETAL, studying manufacturing processes, and conducting observation internships within the same company. Youssef Heddoun holds a Master's degree in Industrial Systems Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and a high-level technology diploma in Industrial Systems Engineering from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Ingénieurs en Arts Chimiques et Technologiques, alongside an engineering diploma in Industrial Engineering from the Ecole Marocaine des Sciences de l'ingénieur.
