Liz Cunningham

Liz Cunningham currently serves as CEO and Chief Risk Officer at Somers Re Ltd., a position held since January 2020. Prior to this role, Liz was the Chief Risk Officer at Nautilus from October 2016 to December 2019 and held leadership positions at Deloitte Bermuda as Partner in Actuarial, Risk & Analytics, and Senior Manager in Actuarial from January 2010 to October 2016. Earlier experience includes roles at Scottish Widows as Financial Risk Manager and Executive Assistant to the CRO, and as an Assistant Consultant in Actuarial at PwC. Liz holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, is a Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuary, and is a Fellow of the Faculty of Actuaries. Academic qualifications also include a BSc in Actuarial Science from Heriot-Watt University.
