Liz Ball

Liz Hogarth is an experienced professional in content strategy, design thinking, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Channel and Content Strategy Manager at Tenneco since November 2023, Liz develops impactful content for diverse communications initiatives while enhancing brand awareness and stakeholder engagement. As a Solution Designer, Design Strategist, and Facilitator at Plumbline Design Company since March 2022, Liz drives engagement and culture change through strategic collaboration with leaders. Additionally, as a Workshop Designer and Facilitator at Somersault Innovation, Liz leverages design thinking to enhance customer engagement and align leadership strategies. Liz's prior experience at Collective Next involved employing collaborative methodologies to design transformative experiences, and early roles included administrative and organizational development positions. Liz holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from William James College and a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Messiah University.
