Barry Skilton has extensive work experience in the healthcare and recruitment industries. Barry currently holds the position of Head of Recruitment at Somerset Care, one of the largest care providers in the UK. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Carer Acquisition at Cera, a digital-first healthcare-at-home company. During their time at Cera, the company experienced significant growth, expanding to multiple locations and increasing its revenue. Before entering the healthcare industry, Barry worked at Reed, where they held various roles such as Operations Manager, Innovation Consultant, Business Manager, Team Manager, Temporaries Team Leader, Temporaries Consultant, and Trainee Temporaries Consultant.

Barry Skilton earned their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Southampton. Barry attended the university from 2001 to 2004.
