Rishabh Khosla

Rishabh Khosla, CHRP, currently serves as the Director of People, Culture, & Organizational Development at Somerset West Community Health Centre since September 2023. Previously, Rishabh held the position of Senior Manager, Human Resources at Causeway Work Centre from January 2023 to September 2023. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager and Coordinator at Rideau Sports Centre, Sport & Social Club, and The Bridge Public House between September 2021 and January 2023. Rishabh began a career in human resources at LTR Industries as a Human Resources Generalist and started in the field as an Intake Coordinator at CVE Inc. Rishabh also gained early experience with an internship at Franke and a peer tutor position at Cambrian College. Rishabh's educational background includes a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Algonquin College and another in International Business from Cambrian College, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management.
